Baebies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-powered parenting assistant app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Data: email, display name, language, subscription status.
Audio Clips: recordings of your baby’s cries for analysis. Processed securely; optionally stored temporarily to improve results.
Usage & Diagnostics: app interactions, performance logs, crash data, minimal device info.
Ad Identifiers (free tier): IDFA/AAID for personalized ads (consent required).
Purchase Data: receipts, product IDs, subscription status. No full payment info is captured.
Deliver app functionality (cry analysis, music playback).
Manage subscriptions and validate access.
Improve features via analytics and crash reports.
Serve and measure ads on free tier (with consent).
Comply with laws and ensure app security.
Service Providers: cloud, analytics, AI, error-tracking — they act under our instructions.
App Stores & Subscriptions: receipt validation via Apple/Google.
Ad Partners: AdMob or similar, only if you haven’t subscribed to premium.
Legal: disclosures when required by law.
iOS ATT: we ask for permission (IDFA) before tracking. You can change your decision anytime in settings.
Ad Controls: option to opt out of personalized ads. Premium removes all ads.
Account & subscription data: kept while active and as required legally.
Audio clips: deleted when no longer needed (based on your settings). You can request deletion.
Analytics: retained temporarily for app improvements.
